GREAT SERVICE AS USUAL AT HARBOR CHEVROLET Went in for a "Check Engine Light" problem on my 2012 Chevy Cruze, on a Fri. AM. appointment, and was taken care of as usual by Miguel Reynoso, servic Went in for a "Check Engine Light" problem on my 2012 Chevy Cruze, on a Fri. AM. appointment, and was taken care of as usual by Miguel Reynoso, service adviser. I waited for this job in the waiting room and the car was ready at the time estimated for completion completely washed and ready to go. To my surprise, the next morning I woke up to see a big puddle of motor oil under my cars hood area in my driveway. I called Harbor Chevrolet Service department to speak with Miguel Reynoso about my situation. He gave me a phone number for GMC towing services to call to pick-up my car and have them take it to Harbor Chevrolet, he called me as soon as the tow truck had dropped off my car. He said that he would have my car evaluated on my problem & would call right back as soon as he found out. Miguel called right back with the evaluation and said that he would have my car delivered back to my house as soon as it was fixed. He called me back in about two hours to tell me that the car was fixed and would be delivered back to my house in about the next 20 minutes. He had also explained that the cover gasket they had replaced had been leaking and they had to replace the gasket, new cover and complete engine clean-up for all the "Oil" that spread all over the engine compartment. Service Adviser, Miguel Reynoso, has completely taken care of me and my car as he as always done. I know for a fact that other dealerships would not have been as responsive & completely as satisfying as Miguel was in this situation. I have no problems going back to Harbor Chevrolet as long as they have Service Advisers like Miguel Reynoso. More
