Financed a 2017 Malibu here in 2017. They were happy and eager to sell it to me. The car turned out to be a lemon. They admitted they had no fix to the emissions problem. The car ended up being bought back by Chevrolet after months of back and forth with them (not to mention the countless mechanical issues the car had). Harbor Chevrolet never helped me out throughout the process. All they would do was to point me to Chevrolet. Funny that when I first walked into the dealer they showered me with attention, but when the product they sold me began to have on going issues they washed their hands clean of me. Every time I had an issue they would “address” it by doing the minimum (looking up TSB’s that said they had no fix) and encouraging me to buy the very overpriced warranty. That was the case from the start actually when Salvador Flores was persistent and nagging to buy all these needless extras for a car that turned out to be junk. The kid who sold me the car named Marc was tag teaming with him to get me to agree to needless things. Stay as far away from this place as possible! Because of Harbor Chevrolet I wasted LOTS of time dealing with issues on a car that was less than a year old! How they manage to stay in business is beyond me. Never ever will come back here nor should anyone that reads this!!!!! More
