Purchased my 2014 GMC Sierra here after placing an order from the factory. I was very particular about the options and packages I wanted (and did not want), so it was helpful that Mr. Barnett was communica from the factory. I was very particular about the options and packages I wanted (and did not want), so it was helpful that Mr. Barnett was communicative about getting the options and packages just right. Because I was ordering from the factory for dealership delivery, two things were especially important to me: (1) that the truck arrived exactly as I ordered it and (2) that I did not feel gouged on the price simply because I was not buying from dealer inventory on the lot. In the end, the sales people got both of these things right. I'm not sure I could not have gotten a slightly better deal on price had the vehicle been in stock somewhere else, but I felt like I was treated fairly on the terms of the deal and was able to get exactly the vehicle I wanted. Another good thing about my experience is that the sales people--both Barnett and his sales manager, Don Baines--made an effort to expedite the paperwork in consideration of some the time constraints on that day that were a concern of myself and my wife. All in all, a very approachable and considerate staff plus a fair deal. Would not hesitate to work again with this dealership in the future or to recommend them to friends or family. More
