I knew I wouldn’t be getting what I wanted (it was out of budget at the time) but Adam worked tirelessly to make sure I got into a vehicle I loved with the features I wanted. The worst experience! The customer service is nonexistent and the service manager Mike doesn’t seem to care unless he knows you. It has taken me 2 weeks to speak with him. Everyone I have dealt with gives you the run around. They have had our only vehicle for 4 months now and their latest excuse has been that “they have had to take parts off of other cars to complete this project.” That is absolutely terrifying and pathetic! Take your car somewhere else is my advise! More
