Hardy Chevrolet Buick GMC

My experience with Hardy Chevorlet was a everything purchasing a car should be!! Just minutes after submitting an online credit application, I received a text message saying my application had be rece purchasing a car should be!! Paul contacted me and I sat up a time to come and meet with them on the following Saturday. When I arrived, after talking a few short minutes, Paul then proceeded to show me the different cars that he believed that he could help me with. He told me to choose the one that I seemed most interested in and we would work on that. I choose the car I liked, test drove and while all the paper work was being completed, had lunch!! I returned to finished paperwork and being handed the keys to my brand new 2012 Cheverlot Cruze!!! Dusty proceeded to finish the paperwork and showed me how to work the different features in the car. I may also add that he credit manager was pleasant to work with as well!! The staff at Hardy Cheverlot showed professionalism in their actions while treating you as a friend. They have even followed up with me after the purchase, which is something that I have never experienced. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone!! The credit forgiveness program is a wonderful program that they can offer their customers who have credit issues due to misfortune or other reasons--they are willing to give you a second chance and that is a wonderful feeling!! It was very refreshing to have a place that was able to complete the sale without making me want to pull my hair out. I HATE buying cars, mainly because of the hassel that comes along with it (the sitting complete the sale without making me want to pull my hair out. My husband and I went to Hardy wanting to buy a new Tahoe. Billy Barnett was our salesman. We told him we wanted a new black Tahoe with leather and navigation and how much we would like our monthly pa Tahoe. Billy Barnett was our salesman. We told him we wanted a new black Tahoe with leather and navigation and how much we would like our monthly payment to be. Billy didn't beat around the bush and was very straight forward. He told us that he couldn't get us a 2013 for the monthly payment we desired by he could get us a 2012, and that was fine with us! After looking on the lot there wasn't a black 2012 Tahoe so he found one at another dealership with chrome handles and grill( he knew that I had liked the chrome better than I did the plain black) and I was very happy about that because we would have settled for the plain black handles and grill. The Tahoe he was getting from the other dealership also had had cloth interior and no navigation system. He had leather and the navigation put in for us!! The navigation was free of charge and so was the installation!!!! We signed papers on Monday afternoon and the Tahoe was ready for pick up on Wednsday!!! Hardy is a great dealership and BILLY BARNETT is a WONDERFUL salesman!!! More
