My experience with Hardy Chevrolet on my recent purchase was fantastic. My hat goes off to Robert for making this happen. Not to mention I had tried to buy this car at several other dealers in the past 2 months, it was Saturday afternoon, raining, and i had to have a car to leave for out of town. I didn't even get out of my car until Robert had gone inside and located the car i was looking for (I apologize Robert) in a matter of minutes. Everything was great from that moment on. Hardy located the car, we worked a deal that beat any quotes i had before and they sent a driver for the car. On the first night when we stopped by, Clayton was very friendly from the get go. Asked about our needs and didn't try to up sell us on more than what we were looking for. Didn't get hassled when we were leaving, took his card and shook his hand and we left. My wife and I mulled it over and the next day I went back to buy a 2012 GMC Terrain. I did research online and had a price in my head in preparation for the "typical" dealer battle. To my surprise when I got back Clayton promply met me and remembered me, I told him I wanted to buy the Terrain and he went straight to work for me. I sat at his desk as he stepped away for a minute, the knots were building in my gut dreading the battle I had been anticipating was begining. When he returned he showed me the paper that had a price and break down on it. The bottom line price was within $100 of what I had in my mind to pay and was lower than the average in my area. What a relief I thought, I didn't have to haggle or fight to get a good price!!! Everyone was friendly and I didn't have to deal with the "typical" dealer battles.
