NOT GOOD Took my wife's Tahoe in for repair on instrument cluster, service writer called and said they couldn't install it because battery was dead. It cost $ Took my wife's Tahoe in for repair on instrument cluster, service writer called and said they couldn't install it because battery was dead. It cost $100 and $25 labor. I told him battery was not that old, but told him to go ahead. Took it in morning of 3-15-17' picked it up afternoon on 3-16-17. My wife drove it home, then to work and back on Friday. I look under hood to change oil, and discovered that the brace from fender, which goes directly over battery was loose, bolts in both ends were just stuck in holes and had not been tightened!! I drove back over to dealer went in and told the service writer, and showed him a picture of it, he just sat on his stool , didn't even come out and look at it, said he would tell manager, I asked if manager would call me, he said maybe tomorrow!! I drove home, manager called and told me he had talked to tech. and that he had got called off on another job, and that someone else was supposed to tighten it, BUT NO ONE DID!!! If it had fallen off, could have shorted out battery and caused a fire, or could have gone into fan?? Doesn't sound like anybody I talked to at Hardy Boys cares. Manager told me to bring it back and they would tighten it up, I I told him I was just there, so he said he would talk to service writer. Sounds like it's all talk and not doing a job that I had to pay for! VERY VERY Displeased with service It makes me wonder what else is loose, or not done correctly. I think it is the WORST place I have had my vehicle serviced!! More

For five weeks we talked about where to go in metro- Atlanta. We felt like we needed to stop by Hardy Chevrolet in Dallas, GA even though we live in Palmetto, Ga which is an hour at least away. On arrival we were greet by Adam Teal. He ask what we needed and I told him my wife was looking for a vehicle to replace her 's. Adam Teal notice we were driving a Suburban and ask if we want another one. Sandra told him that she thought that what she may want again. We told Adam Teal that we did not want to spend an arm and leg, but, we knew that it had been thirteen years since our last purchase. He stated that they had several 2016 model that needed to go and if we liked cloth seats. We told him we did not want leather seats and that would be just fine. Adam Teal look up the inventory and showed us a 2016 GMC Yukon. My wife test drove it and like the all that she saw. We went inside and started the trading process for figures and after all questions and answers were complete we made a deal. We knew that GOD had opened up this event and we are glad that He provided all our needs. Hardy Chevrolet needs to understand the Outstanding salesman they have in Adam Teal. He is what real sealed the deal from a human standpoint. He is the Salesman of the Year in our mind. Thank You Adam Teal and all the other personnel that it takes to sale a vehicle.
