He was so patient with us, allowing us to look at several different ones and test drive them. He was so professional the entire time, answered all of our questions, and gave us a lot of information about the car and the dealership themselves. Robert NEVER pushed, which was a huge deal, he allowed us the time to think and really figure out what we wanted, but he definitely helped us figure out what we wanted and needed for our family. All of the Hardy staff were so patient when it came down to figuring out our budget, they gave us privacy to talk and work over everything. I have never experienced what I did at Hardy and it was great!! You always here about dealership staff being all over you trying to make the sale...this has kept me from shopping sooner. But at Hardy, I sensed these people really enjoy their job and want to help their customers make the right choice for them. Robert Ard was incredibly personable, attentive, and courteous. He called to ask what type of vehicles I was interested in and promptly scheduled a test drive.
