I wasn't even looking for a truck, and one day Jim Tidwell Ford, where I bought my 2010 F250 contacted me about coming back and getting a new vehicle. I entertained their request and was disappointed with the offer they made me. My wife suggested that if i was indeed looking for a new vehicle, why not give Hardy Family Ford a chance. I will start my recollection of my experience with them by stating that I hate buying vehicles and normally don't really care for car salesmen. Sometimes I am not the easiest person to get along with either. Now that my skeletons are free to roam, let me say that when I arrived at Hardy, i was approached by Jeff Richter. "Great" i thought... "Here we go."... To my surprise, this was not the case at all. What i can tell you about Jeff is how comfortable he made me feel... Like he was there to help. He listened to what I had to say and took his time showing me multiple vehicles. We drove a few trucks and i fell in love with the 2015 F150. He worked with me as a liaison between myself and the sales manager and did his best to make sure that i got an offer that i felt comfortable with. Dealing with Jeff and the rest of the team at Hardy was truly a pleasure. After the sale, I decided that I wanted some accessories added to my truck. Jeff never hesitated when I asked for his help coordinating the scheduling and installation of these items with two separate vendors. I dropped my truck off to them and they handled the rest. A truly painless experience. I would recommend Jeff and the Hardy Family for all your new car or truck needs. I will definitely be a repeat customer when the time comes. Michael R More

Ordering new Mustang was easy! I went by Hardy Ford to look at a couple of new cars and met Bill Mays when I focused on the new 2015 Mustang GT. Bill helped me with the test drive w I went by Hardy Ford to look at a couple of new cars and met Bill Mays when I focused on the new 2015 Mustang GT. Bill helped me with the test drive where I decided that was the car I wanted. We ordered the car a few days before Thanksgiving and Bill kept me informed with it's progress in production. He called me the day after Christmas to let me know it had arrived. He made sure it was checked out and ready for delivery when I came by to pick it up. Bill and I sat in the car and he reviewed all the features and set up the blue-tooth feature for the phone. He introduced me to the Service Mgr and a service writer so I will have a personal contact when servicing the car. I can not imagine buying a car being any easier than Bill made it for me. I went ahead and purchased the Ford Extended Svc, gave them a check and was driving out. The new Mustang is not only exciting but really fun to drive! Bill Mays was great to work with and I see why he wins a lot of the awards for sales! More

We were looking for a very specific car, my father's dream car, a Mustang not just any Mustang, a triple black Shelby GT500. We searched and searched visited at least 10 dealers, none of which who were willing to help us locate that car, meaning if they didn't have it on the showroom floor they weren't willing to look for elsewhere. That was not the case with Hardy, Sabrine and Frank looked for a solid month, keeping in constant communication, bringing in cars for us to view at the dealership and then finally they found it!!!! It was in Tennessee, they took care of the shipping for us, during a snowstorm I might add and then stored it for us for us while we planned the surprise for my father. The finance department was just as accommodating, you can imagine the down payment required for a specialty car such as this, especially with all of the logistics involved!! After all of that, they even gave back to a charity we do work for that supports Childhood Cancer. It was just a completely awesome experience. My Father was completely surprised and it was a great day for our family. So thank you Hardy Family Ford. You have our business from now on!!! More

All staff I dealt with was, beyond helpful and understanding of my nervousness. No pressure sales, I was in and out in two hours with keys in hand. Jeremy Lemons was great to work with! The car amazing. I'm getting 24 to 27 mpg, city driving as advertised. Even after spending some time with the dealership to learn how to use all the gadgets, bells and whistles, I still learn something new everyday. An overall easy experience. More

The absence of pressure and the obvious mission of just being helpful through the feature selection and buying process made it actually enjoyable. The general manager was also very pleasant and helpful. There were no back and forth games between sales and management and we got a very good deal on the car. Six star recommendation! More

He helped me through the process even when I forgot things. The only hitch in the whole thing was the fault of Ford Finance being closed the day after Thanksgiving to clear the account. Griffin drove to my house on Saturday, a 35 minute drive, to pick me up to finish the deal Saturday afternoon. The price was $40 less per month the next closest dealer, and that included the Georgia Ad valorum tax. Josh Gibitz helped pass the time by talking about his experiences in NY with me and Griffin.
