Overall the service was great. Everything that needed to be done was done...and the only reason I gave them 4/5 for overall experience is that it took longer than I expected. The facility was clean and they took good care of my vehicle. In fact, they updated my on board computer and it gave me more horsepower to my vehicle at no cost to me. They said Ford had updated the computer system and my vehicle had not been updated...so they are keeping me up to date...which I like. Thanks guys for doing a great job! More

I have used Hardy Family Ford for regular service since I bought my F150 new in 2004.I have always been happy with the service and pricing.Comparing what you get from other service centers,the price is great bought my F150 new in 2004.I have always been happy with the service and pricing.Comparing what you get from other service centers,the price is great!Last year,I bought an Altima.I have not been happy with any of the Nissan service centers so I now let Jeff do all the service on it also.As much as I am enjoying my Altima,my next new vehicle will again be from one of the Hardy dealerships.Everyone in the service center at Family Ford is so pleasant to deal with~from all 3 service advisors to the cashiers and technicians.
