I love my Toyota! I had to buy the car as a result of a car accident and I totally did not know what I wanted. An absolutely TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! !! We had to fight to get them to honor an advertised price only to find out after we paid that the truck was LITERALLY DEFECTIVE! Do yourself a favor !! I have bought many Fords from this dealer. So on Mar 31, 2023 I bought another F150. The deal was great. Its now 5 weeks later and my temp tag expires in a few days, and they still have not xf So on Mar 31, 2023 I bought another F150. The deal was great. Its now 5 weeks later and my temp tag expires in a few days, and they still have not xfered my FL tag. They keep telling me its not their fault its the company they paid to do it. Its not my fault either. In a few days I will have to park the truck. They need to get their act together. The back office at Hardy is terrible. A month previous I bought a new Camaro at the Chevy store and two weeks to the day I had my FL tag xfered. The Chevy store can get it done but not the Ford store. More
Customer service in the service department is terrible. Making an appointment or using the app to make an appointment is pointless. You arrive and they tell you they will get to it in a couple of days. Wha Making an appointment or using the app to make an appointment is pointless. Absolutely outstanding! It's been almost 10 years since I purchased a new vehicle and have never really enjoyed the experience. I reserved/ordered the new 2021 Bronco and prior to the hardtop delays was t I purchased a new vehicle and have never really enjoyed the experience. I reserved/ordered the new 2021 Bronco and prior to the hardtop delays was their #1 allocation outside of the 2 priority orders. Alison Brock handles their new vehicle reservations and did a superb job. Her attention to detail and always being available to answer my random questions via phone, text and email were greatly appreciated. I also really appreciated the several times where she simply mentioned "I'm not sure, I'll follow-up with Ford". Her transparency throughout this process went a long way and it helped to bounce different ideas off of her and to get her advice as a fellow Bronco reservation holder (i.e., switching to soft top vs holding out for the hard top and implications etc.). I did not envy Alison's position handling the Bronco orders as there was so much out of her and the dealership's control as they were dependent on Ford to replace MIC hardtops, delays in shipping etc. Also, the dealership sales staff was great to deal with at delivery including some last minute challenges with the PDI and car cleaning staff being out unexpectedly. Paul from the finance staff had all of the paperwork queued up ahead of time and definitely met my hopes of not being at the dealership hours on end the night of delivery. He was extremely knowledgeable and had the patience to answer all of my questions around warranties and maintenance plans etc. Additionally, I'm sure you've all seen the forums with all of the dealership horror stories starting to pop-up regarding ADMs (Additional Dealer Mark-ups) and surprise price increases at times of delivery. Andy Graves (General Sales Manager) communication was very clear and direct from the beginning and there were no surprises. We had negotiated a price ahead of ordering and the dealership stuck to it with no games. Given the crazy times we live in with the pandemic, combined with spending way too much time on the forums there was a lot of uncertainty and Andy eliminated any worries or concerns. I also contacted numerous local Ford Dealers and none of them replied as directly and cordially as Andy did (including one that tried to educate me on Supply and Demand and the impacts on pricing!). I appreciate your integrity throughout the entire process! In addition, with my daughter unexpectedly totaling her car we were left in a predicament being down a car and scrambling with the uncertainty of a delivery time for our Bronco. The dealership went above and beyond, not only providing a loaner car that could've been a Ford Edge or Escape (no offense :), but provided a sweet Cyber Orange Bronco for 2.5 weeks without hesitation. There is no hesitation in recommending this dealership and I plan to use them in the future (hmmm, I have a Lightning reservation.....) Thanks for all you guys do! More
