He was very easy to talk to and had a great personality. I described what I was looking for and he responded with "hold on. I think I have one you're really going to like". He pulled up, I took it for a test drive and sure enough it was EXACTLY what I had in mind. The whole purchasing process went smooth and relatively quick. He helped me pair my phone to the vehicle, set me up for the free trial of the XM Radio and Onstar feature, gave me the keys and away I went...a very happy customer.
