He helped me pair my phone to the vehicle, set me up for the free trial of the XM Radio and Onstar feature, gave me the keys and away I went...a very happy customer. I waited 5 hours for an oil change, rotation, and transmission flush. It was supposed to take an hour and 45 mins. I was told car was swept but still not washed after 5 hours so they would let me go transmission flush. It was supposed to take an hour and 45 mins.
