Friendliness is a 4 star but as far as taking care of customer and following up that is 1/2 star. Bought a truck, had to keep calling to find out delivery, delivered truck without tool box (still waitin customer and following up that is 1/2 star. Bought a truck, had to keep calling to find out delivery, delivered truck without tool box (still waiting to hear how this will be corrected, signed all paperwork but got zero copies of anything, and only got 1 set of keys so the hitch has a lock on it that the 1 key I have does not go to that lock. Again looks as if I will be having to call and initiate these issues because I am not getting any info about these issues that were relayed to more than 1 person. Very upset with the entire experience. More
