Phantom Problem The ignition would not turn off! When I got to the Dealership it was still not turning off> the service person tried and could not turn it off and rem The ignition would not turn off! Very poor customer service I bought a brand new F-150 in January 2020. The vehicle was given to me unwashed, so small dents cannot be seen. When I washed my vehicle after seve I bought a brand new F-150 in January 2020. The vehicle was given to me unwashed, so small dents cannot be seen. When I washed my vehicle after several weeks I noticed a small dent at the left rear side of the truck. I contacted the sales person and she agreed to take care of this issue while the vehicle is in the dealer's body shop to repair a manufacturer's defect in the vehicle's roof. According to the dealer's staff and for "some reason" Mr. Cody Taylor (Manager) refused to repair the dent. I called Cody several times without answering back my calls and voice messages, and after insisting to talk to him he said he will look into this matter and call me back, and he never did. I picked up my vehicle and will never consider this dealership. More

What we were told about interest rates and payments were NOT what the financial person gave us. I felt he was in a hurry to have us leave because it was getting late and he wanted to go home!
