Harold Chevrolet - Service Center

Very poor customer service I bought a brand new F-150 in January 2020. The vehicle was given to me unwashed, so small dents cannot be seen. When I washed my vehicle after seve I bought a brand new F-150 in January 2020. The vehicle was given to me unwashed, so small dents cannot be seen. When I washed my vehicle after several weeks I noticed a small dent at the left rear side of the truck. I contacted the sales person and she agreed to take care of this issue while the vehicle is in the dealer's body shop to repair a manufacturer's defect in the vehicle's roof. According to the dealer's staff and for "some reason" Mr. Cody Taylor (Manager) refused to repair the dent. I called Cody several times without answering back my calls and voice messages, and after insisting to talk to him he said he will look into this matter and call me back, and he never did. I picked up my vehicle and will never consider this dealership. More

Oil change and tire rotation. The experience wasn't as good as it usually was. I had to wait 2 1/2 to get a oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would only be an hour.
