This place is such a JOKE,I applied online and someone by the name of Kayla called me and told me I was approved.I had to pay a friend of mine to drive me there from Providence,RI(which is an hour drive,mind the name of Kayla called me and told me I was approved.I had to pay a friend of mine to drive me there from Providence,RI(which is an hour drive,mind you).I get there and someone with terrible halitosis tells me that they can only sell me a brand new vehicle but because of my credit score I would need a substantial down payment.They should have friggin' told me all of this before I went all the way there in the first place! we went there on a "pre approval" with bad credit. Almost four hours later we were told the only vehicle they could 100% finance was a 2013 Dodge Charger ($28K)!!! Go figure! They did have $ credit. They did have $10-13K used cars on the lot, but we didn't "qualify" for those. What a joke!!!!!!! Total waste of time :( Very poor experience!! More

This place has been so great! I had bought a car from them in 2011 and had the unfortunate experience of having my car totaled. So when I called them and asked if they would be able to help me get a new them in 2011 and had the unfortunate experience of having my car totaled. I will go back again when we are shopping for our second car! More

i had the unfortunate experience of trying to work with this company this week. first i was email several times by a woman named dawn who wanted to set up the appt. i finally was able and was told to mee this company this week. first i was email several times by a woman named dawn who wanted to set up the appt. i finally was able and was told to meet with a man in haverhill buy the name of nathan. he was never at the appt. i sat there an hour repeatedly being told just a couple more minutes. then rojal came back and said the only car on both lots i was quailified for was a 2009 toyota carolla. i was told what my payments would be. when i asked how much the car was i was informed "Thats up to the bank on how much they want to charge you>" WHAT? then i was told it was going to cost me a $100 deposit just to have the car brought up to haverhill for me to look at and maybe, maybe test drive. I still have never been told how much the car is, i have emailed dawn 3 times only to be told i must deal with nathan who wont even answer an email. will never do business with them. More
