I've been searching for a solution to my car issues for a few days and have reached out to many dealerships throughout. I was attempting to trade in a jeep that was on life support and acquire a new vehicle few days and have reached out to many dealerships throughout. I was attempting to trade in a jeep that was on life support and acquire a new vehicle that wouldn't give me the same issues .hart Nissan in Springfield was the only dealership to contact me not once but twice in a day with solutions to my problem even tho I was reluctant with Tony on the first call. On a Sunday might I add . First time I heard of a dealership working that hard on the lords day so that was already a good sign . When I got there Tony and Labid were on the move like they were the emergency room operating on someone and I was the person dying. I came to this place with a thousand issues and they did not stop trying to work with me. At the end of it we made a good deal with all the circumstances considered. Then when I got to the final bit of the paperwork I got a chance to meet and chat with Bob ,a Vietnam vet with awesome stories and an honest and straightforward personality. He explained everything i didn't understood in great detail but without making me fall asleep like some people do . Each one of these fellas were throwing around discounts, rewards programs ,and valuable information like it wasn't worth any money but I know xxxx well any other place would've tried to get my soul out of the deal. All of them were professional, informative, and patient. I mean I made labid show me every car twice and he didn't bat an eye. They did hand me a pen with an eraser on it but you'd forgive them for that due to the immense and unnecessary amount of hospitality and anxiety relief they provided through this whole process. I really didn't think I would've had this situation handled so soon with such ease. Anyway in a nutshell, if you go anywhere else for a car beside Nissan hart ,you are GOOFY my friend and I wish it was 200 years ago so I could challenge you to a duel.
