They made the entire process as painless as possible and while the car took some time to prep for VA inspection, they handled it and me with extreme care and respect. I have nothing but great things to say about these wonderful people and I am sure this won’t be my last interaction with them. I live in MD but I plan on bringing my Jeep here for its regular servicing (oil changes, etc). I’m honestly so impressed with their attitudes and felt taken care of from the start. I have never had such an amazing experience as I did with Hart!!! More

Overall good experience besides the fact that they sold me the car that didn’t have the emission inspection performed and they couldn’t do it because some monitors had to be reset. The environment here at this location was so much different from other dealerships that I have visited in the area recently. Antonio helped me buy my first car. He seemed honest and legit. I was in and out with time still left in my day! I will definitely recommend Hart dealerships to friends and family in the area, and I plan on returning in the future. Also, I'm not sure what the gentleman's name at the front desk was (he was tall an wearing glasses), but I came in to double check that my plates would be mailed (usually they have them there ready to go, but they were out of stock at that moment), and he took note of my request and I received my plates in the mail in less than a week!! 10/10 would recommend.
