This all started with an e-mail through the GM buying program. Craig went through the pro's and con's of the truck I was interested in. He explained the convenience package that was on the truck. He pointed out why a bedliner and mudflaps were a good idea. He went through the pricing procedure and even found a USAA/GM Rebate that I was entitled too. That was a good find. When I picked up the truck, he went over all the information regarding it. Especially all the dashboard controls. It was a pleasure doing business with Craig as he represented Hartnell Chevrolet. When I'm looking for my next vehicle, Harnell will be my first stop. More
