Buying a truck during a pandemic Mike Smith of Hastings Ford was a pleasure to work with during my purchase experience. I was particular as to my needs on an F150. Mike was unable to locate at truck meeting my specifications, so we went about putting together an order. As the order was being placed, the factory shut down due to the pandemic. Mike kept me abreast of what was happening during the months of shutdown. Upon reopening, Mike was unable to get a firm answer as to whether or not my order would be picked up. I advised Mike to take the order off the table and i revised my specifications. Mike soon located a truck meeting my needs, paperwork completed, and within hours, Mike delivered the truck to my driveway. Mike never tried to sell me something less than what I was looking for. He never tried to get me to settle. He worked diligently to find what I needed, which is why I continue to purchase through Mike Smith. More
