Follow through is dismal. Drove back over three hours to dealership for parts to be added to new car purchase. They hadn't arrived but no one from dealership called and had me cancel the visit. Paid for car dealership for parts to be added to new car purchase. They hadn't arrived but no one from dealership called and had me cancel the visit. Paid for car by check from Capital One Auto and the bank had to call me to say the dealership did not complete the paperwork correctly. Later discovered my employer is after the dealership for non-payment of bills. Friendly people but they don't follow through. More
