Kamckeage0817, we are sorry you are frustrated with us. We have reviewed your file and would be happy to discuss your concerns and can be reached at 316.858.6700. I did see that we had to replace some parts in your air conditioning, but it was all covered by your service contract that also provided you with a vehicle to drive while the repairs were being made. It appears the only out of pocket expenses you have incurred are new wiper blades and an oil change and tire rotation. We did recommend a transmission flush, a new engine air filter, and quoted new tires as they are close to needing replaced. Once again, I am sorry for your frustration and would be happy to discuss it with you.
