How awful can it get? After buying my equinox from.these.people it was in the shop 7 times within the first year. All I got was a, I'm sorry.but there's nothing we can do. My 3 month old and I were stranded in 103° weather once and then again when she was 9 months we were stranded in -3° weather. After fighting it tooth and nail we basically only received 2 free oil changed only after already going over $1000 dollars in debt to.them in service charges not to.mention an oil change takes ov er an hour? My husband can do it in 20 minutes without all the shop.accessories. THIS PLACE IS HIGHWAY ROBBERY More

Asked some questions, felt like since it was close to closing that they were just trying to get me out. If thats the case i will cancel my service agreement and go somewhere else. More

unhappy experience service department customer number 411017 In for service oil change and tire rotation also a oil treatment kit I am used to service at this location but lately the advisor would not come to m In for service oil change and tire rotation also a oil treatment kit I am used to service at this location but lately the advisor would not come to me and lies we have any conditions on my car that may be wanting serviceon this date of service I picked up my car and drove off the lot after paint going about 20 minutes towards my house I get pulled over for no left brake light and no left turn single which I would imagine could have been checked easy when you did your safety checkI also noticed that one of my tires were marked in the red and I was not adviced which at which time if I would have been would have requested a new tirethere is some happiness to decide story I did return that day and a service manager name unknown to me which did not take care of me originally was happy to change the light bulb on my vehicle. on Saturday of the same week of service I called the service department asking if I can come in and purchase that tire which tea service person stated in safety report was dangerously low and threat I was unable to get the tire due to the fact that your entire delivery service was not functioning on Saturday and you did not have any tires for my vehicle in your shop. I like to think that I could always come to your service area especially after purchasing my car from you and not have to go to outside vendors for parts or servicing. in closing I hope my future visits to your service department would be a much happier experience More

They cuss openly at their work stations, make fun of the customers and watch caller ID and decide who they want to talk with! The service tech basically told me I was a liar so I had to video record the noise in my fan that my Buick was making with only 500 miles on it. Now I have other issues and they flat refuse to locate and fix the "problems" even after they saw/heard the issue while I was still at dealership. They should buy this car back since they can't resolve the issues.......no longer a Chevy custiomer!! More
I took my 2007 Saturn Aura in today to get one of the rear tires repaired. Eric, greeted me with a smile and went right to work to troubleshoot the issue. Even though that it took a little longer than what was promised, Eric took the extra mile to build customer satisfaction. The service center was clean, and efficient looking from what I observed. The customer waiting area was also clean and well maintained. The water cooler was stocked and the coffee was brewing. I do have to say that all of the staff at the dealership were friendly and professional. I will recommend Scholfield Buick/GMC to anyone that asks for a reliable GM service center in Wichita. More
Approximately one year ago I took our GMC Yukon, which was purchased new from Scholfield, in for an oil change. I had an appointment and was told it would take 30 minutes or less. To make a long story s was purchased new from Scholfield, in for an oil change. I had an appointment and was told it would take 30 minutes or less. To make a long story short, I waited almost two hours, they put in the wrong oil, and then was told by the cashier that was what I had ordered. When the service writer got involved, it was definitely determined that I had ordered synthetic oil. I had already been there 2 hours and couldn't wait to change out what was put in. I said that I wouldn't come back. About a month ago the same vehicle had what I thought was a transmission problem. I thought that it might be under warranty so I took it back for a 7:30 AM appointment. About 9:45 AM I received a call from the service writer saying that they needed more time to diagnose the problem. I heard nothing until about 3:00 PM that afternoon. "You have hanging or sticking lifter" that we have to fix before we can determine if it is a transmission problem. It will cost "forty-four fifty and $380 labor." OK I need the vehicle, when can you get it done? (This was Friday afternoon) "Well we don't have the parts and it will probably be next Thursday." There was no offer of a loaner etc. So we're talking about approximately $500 and I can't get the vehicle for 6 days? "Oh No! That was $ 4,450.00 plus the labor".......you could have picked me up off of the floor!!!! I went over and picked up my vehicle, which ran twice as bad as when I dropped it off. I had the entire motor replaced with a factory GMC motor with a 50,000 mile warranty for $1200 more than they quoted to fix the lifter.....There was never a follow-up by anyone from Scholfield, so for all of you "5" raters consider yourselves lucky. This time I will not be back! More
