Not once did I receive a phone call regarding my vehicle in the two weeks it was there. The service guy who was in charge of my vehicle ordered piece by piece instead of a full clutch kit to add more money. in the two weeks it was there. The service guy who was in charge of my vehicle ordered piece by piece instead of a full clutch kit to add more money. As a whole the staff seem unresponsive and unreliable. Even after mentioning it and speaking to the service manager directly nothing changed and I’m still waiting for a phone call after leaving a message with the call answering girl for the service manager. Would not recommend this place to anyone. They damaged my tms system and said it was done prior to being brought to them which is a blatant lie. Also, the tech who took my car for a test ride after it was fixed left my sunroof open. By the way, this is car 106 of the first 500 2010 2ss camaro. To say I’m disappointed and devastated is an understatement. More
Overall experience was excellent, except when it came down to the paperwork and signing. I wasn't correctly told of all expenses and didn't notice all the extra charges until I carefully read the paperwo down to the paperwork and signing.
