I did not appreciate the service department trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. My vehicle has 16000 miles and your service dept. is recommending a wheel alignment and cabin filter, overpriced and not sell me unnecessary repairs. My vehicle has 16000 miles and your service dept. is recommending a wheel alignment and cabin filter, overpriced and not necessary even on the inspection report given to me at the end of service. This is not an ethical way to do business. More

Took my car in for a recall. The Service Advisor, Justin was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and attentive. Ended up with another issue when the full inspection was d The Service Advisor, Justin was amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, not pushy and attentive. Ended up with another issue when the full inspection was done, and Justin explained what it was and what needed to be done in a manner I fully understood it and was comfortable with it! He really treated me as a valued customer and not just a number. He addressed my concerns with time constraints and was able to get it done on time to accommodate my other needs. It is a bit sad that we do not get to talk to the mechanics who do such a great job on our cars and personally thank them! So, here are my thanks to Justin, the Service Advisor and to the mechanics that always do such a great job! More

My service advisor was friendly and easy to work with, which is always appreciated. The only complaint I have is I went in for an oil change on my car and I was waiting at the dealership for 2 hours!
