Confusion when dropping off the vehicle, given a loaner with the LOW FUEL alarm going off as soon as I started it. Everybody in the service department EXCEPT the woman who handled my pickup seemed to be f with the LOW FUEL alarm going off as soon as I started it. Everybody in the service department EXCEPT the woman who handled my pickup seemed to be fighting amongst themselves. Actually when she asked another employee for info on my vehicle I believe he told her to “take a walk”. This created an Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable environment from a customer perspective. Luckily Jeniffer maintained her composure and did not participate in a petty argument with this other employee in front of customers. Jeniffer’s customer service was the only redeeming quality of the entire experience. The cosmetic repair performed on my vehicle did not fully repair the issue. I can still see the original issue. Rather than fixing it the right way by ordering new parts, they slapped some bondo and paint over the damage. I would not have paid for this repair if it had been coming out of my pocket. The “bill” showed the cost of new parts which they obviously did not install on my vehicle, but like I said the cost of this repair did not come out of my pocket. I do not recommend this dealership for any service needs. More
