I gave specific things I wanted them to look at. I told them twice (once over the phone and once in person) to look at my driver’s side front tire, that I have to put air in it at least once a week because them twice (once over the phone and once in person) to look at my driver’s side front tire, that I have to put air in it at least once a week because it is losing 10psi every week. I told them my passenger side tire loses air too, but not as fast. I was also getting an oil change and engine filter replaced while it was there. The day of service, I was sent an inspection report with prices of service and given the opportunity to approve or deny those services. On the inspection report, I agreed to the oil change and engine filter for a set price. For the tires, there was only the passenger side front tire mentioned. I agreed to that at a set price but then called the dealership to ask them about the driver’s side front tire. They told me they would check it again. They found that it was leaking air through the seam. They fixed that, then, too. When I went to pick up the car, my bill was about $40 more than what my inspection report said (and my tires were paid for by warranty) and my Rims on the tires they fixed were absolutely filthy! When I mentioned the rims, the guy handing the car over to me sprayed something clear on a rag and half wiped them. I called the service manager when I got home and left a message. Two days later I still have not heard back from them. Yesterday, my front driver side tire is messed up again! Now the sensor is only working every once in a while. Sometimes it will show the pressure in my tire and other times it shows that I don’t even have a tire there. I called back yesterday and couldn’t get any service rep to take my call. I am beyond irritated with my service, the bill, and their response to me. More

Don’t know about th le quality of the work - but I hope it’s good. I understood a part being on backorder and wasn’t annoyed by that, but now not sure it’s worth all the hassle to have the repair actually done More
Took 4 days to diagnose my vehicle after dropping it off for a 10am appointment.
