My service representative was excellent. He was very helpful in relaying the reason for delays in the service. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars had nothing to do with him. Service department tried to scam me for $5000 for a new transmission for my 2020 Malibu. Took my car to a transmission shop And it was 2 quarts low. Car runs snd drives as a car with 890 miles should. What transmission for my 2020 Malibu. Took my car to a transmission shop And it was 2 quarts low. Car runs snd drives as a car with 890 miles should. Whatever tech that checked the fluid level should be fired and the service manager needs to be held accountable for not checking over the job. I was charged for 5 quarts of CVT fluid. I would of been happy if they charged me for the extra 2 that completed the job. More
