I guess the service was good but I waited 2 hours just for a basic oil change and tire rotation. I then proceeded to check out but it was someone new who didn’t know how to check me out. I understand he w for a basic oil change and tire rotation. I then proceeded to check out but it was someone new who didn’t know how to check me out. I understand he was new but no one else could help me or do anything so I waited another 20 minutes waiting to get checked out. I was very annoyed at waiting close to 3 hours just to get an oil change. I also was ready to leave and they shut the garage door on me so I had to go back inside and ask them to open it. Probably the worst oil change experience I’ve had. Will be going elsewhere in the future for sure. More
