Another disappointing service visit. This time they knowingly overcharged me. When I pointed it out, they made ridiculous excuses. First they said itvwss because I had my tires rotated. When they re knowingly overcharged me. When I pointed it out, they made ridiculous excuses. First they said itvwss because I had my tires rotated. When they realized that wasn't why, they changed their story to it was because my Ascent takes 7 quarts of oil. I told them it does not, and even showed them on the invoice how it only took 5 quarts. They repeated their 7 quarts oil lie, and I told them they are just making stuff up. They just do not listen! So, I just (over)paid to avoid further aggravation, and left disappointed again! More
