Clean facility. Prepared staff, i.e. my appointment was scheduled and they were ready to accommodate me when I arrived. I was told how long it would take for the work to be completed on my vehicle and was scheduled and they were ready to accommodate me when I arrived. I was told how long it would take for the work to be completed on my vehicle and was notified about an existing problem that needed to be fixed. I was quoted a good price that got even better because the still the repair was made at half the charge. I enjoyed meeting Tim who helped me get the recall work scheduled and Derrick who got me to and from the dealership. The service repair professionals who fixed my car are so good that it sounded like a kitten when I turned the key. Woohoo!!!!! This is not my first great experience, these folks are just top notch when it comes to service. More
