I had damage to my 2005 corvette in 2018 and Don the body shop guy repaired it amazingly. He remembered me when I had to bring it back Thursday. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star, but I had to. They had my car for a week. Promised a loaner vehicle. Didn’t have a loaner so had to arrange pick up and drop off. Didn’t even fix what we paid out of pocket my car for a week. Promised a loaner vehicle. Didn’t have a loaner so had to arrange pick up and drop off. Didn’t even fix what we paid out of pocket for them to fix. Called and talked to manager and he was very nice and helpful, took blame for the situation. Told us to bring it back and they’d take care of it and they’d have a loaner vehicle for us. Brand new loaner vehicle reeked of smoke. They had my vehicle for another week so I had to deal with the cigarette smell the whole time. Whatever. I got my vehicle back and it was fixed but the inside was dirty. I get what they had to do to do the body work, but the inside was filthy of white paint specks EVERYWHERE. This is a brand new vehicle. Ridiculous. More
