I had an 8:30 am appointment- I left 2hours later. Only had an oil change! Might have still been sitting there if I hadn’t found my service man and asked if there was a problem. My oil change and tire rotation was fine. However I left messages for the service manager on three resent occasions inquiring about about a brake job and new shocks for a 2013 Malibu.
