I can’t begin to tell you how great it is to have such a great person at customer service as Sean in Service Department. He went above & beyond to help us with our car that was towed in there. Obviously th great person at customer service as Sean in Service Department. He went above & beyond to help us with our car that was towed in there. Obviously the repair bill for a 2003 Saturn VUE ended up way more than what it was worth, so he found a salvage place to buy & give us a little money towards something else. If we ever need repairs done in the future - we won’t go anywhere else but to you guys, or if we are ever in the market to purchase a car - we’ll do the same! What an outstanding person he is!!!!! I am VERY DISSATISFIED!!! I took my car to Hawk Chevrolet of Joliet on 12/19/20. I received NO updates by 12/21/20. I went there & they had NO idea as to what’s wrong with my truck. On 12/22/20 I was told th of Joliet on 12/19/20. I received NO updates by 12/21/20. I went there & they had NO idea as to what’s wrong with my truck. On 12/22/20 I was told they clean 2 ground wires & I paid them $476. I picked up my truck & check engine light was STILL on. They cleared the light & I had them to note my receipt to this. On 12/23/20 the light came back on & so did the tire traction & power steering light!!! The SAME lights that came on, which was the SAME REASON why I took it to them on 12/19/20!!! They had NO loaner car available, which I was told they would. My whole dash board lights are flashing in & out. Instead of telling me they don’t know how to fix it, they took my money, gave me my car & sent me on my way. I have an extended warranty but cleaning off ground wires was NOT covered. I received an email from MY CHEVY app stating the diagnostic report says it’s a problem with my engine or transmission!!! I hate I trusted them with my vehicle, I want my money back so I can go to the dealer I bought my truck from. Chevy Glendale Heights ALWAYS give me a 2020 loaner & FIX MY CAR RIGHT!!! I was AFRAID to drive it that far to them so I went to the dealer closest to me. ALL MY MAINTENANCE & any other thing wrong with my truck has been provided by a Chevy dealer. I NO LONGER TRUST HAWK CHEVROLET to fix my truck. $476 to clean 2 hard wires & 2 days to do that & my truck was doing the EXACT SAME THING THAT I TOOK IT TO THEM FOR, ONE DAY after I picked it up‼️ SUNRISE CHEVROLET has treated me EXCELLENT from my very first experience with them & every time I go there for my maintenance 🅿️ More

Put a distorted mirror on my brand new car and told me to deal with it. This is after days and days of them blowing off my voicemails and referring to my car insurance as "sub standard".
