When I first went in I did not have a great experience with Mindy McCorkle, I appreciate that she came back to work after she had already left for the day but she was not willing to work with me on my bud with Mindy McCorkle, I appreciate that she came back to work after she had already left for the day but she was not willing to work with me on my budget or the car I was looking at. I then spoke with John Glusak and he was absolutely wonderful. He worked with me and we were able to work something out and I was able to get the car I wanted. He went out if his way to help me and showed me everything I needed to know about my new car. I would recommend him to anyone going into hawk chevy of Joliet. More

The service is good but the only comment I would have is that they need to do a better job of getting you out the door much faster when it comes to oil changes.
