Where to start... We love John! I guess it’s a little out of the norm for a woman to drop by and go straight to the “ big boy toys” but that didn’t stop John from taking me seriously about me wanting the Che of the norm for a woman to drop by and go straight to the “ big boy toys” but that didn’t stop John from taking me seriously about me wanting the Chevy 2500. He is funny and makes the buying experience pleasant. His straightforward and no beating around the bush ... tell me what you want demeanor got it done and I took my new baby home. Truth was I wasn’t going home last night without that truck, but ya know... there’s is paperwork and blah blah, lol. John and my husband haggled some and sealed the deal that my husband and I felt was very fair and we left very happy with the price we paid for everything.. vehicle... gap... extended warranty. The next morning I stopped by the dealership to have him help me with something very simple and he just laughed at me, showed me how to do what I wanted and then made sure there was nothing else that I needed. Thank you John. We also really liked the finance dude too... sorry can’t remember his name at the moment, but he was a great guy as well. We purchased a pick up from a different area dealership a couple of years ago, but now I will be bringing BOTH of my pickups to Hawk for any services they need. Thanks Hawk! Great buying experience. Oh, and John... we will be back for that little bitty car when the Pontiac goes to the great junkyard in the sky! More
