Good customer service. When I made the appointment, the girl who answered the phone said(sorry, I neglected to get her name), there was no opening, but she was so encouraging and made effort to get me in t girl who answered the phone said(sorry, I neglected to get her name), there was no opening, but she was so encouraging and made effort to get me in the nearest day when there is opening. Unlike other places , she showed real interest in having me. And Mica was understanding when I declined to have the other services needed done, that I had to go by my son who lives in Peoria, Il. but I, being the sole driver of this car, care for the maintenance. I do, however, listen to my son Neil regarding this matter. This is the only place I go for the Cadillac's upkeep(until, of course they give me a reason not to). More

I have had 0 issues with Hawk Chevrolet. They always have a loaner car when I need one and always communicate me if there are any issues (like having to order parts to complete the job).
