The drop off policy, lack of envelopes, made leaving the vehicle difficult. A salesman from the Cadillac division assisted. The appointment was for 7am. At 1pm I had not heard anything so I called. It was clear they did not realize my vehicle was left and was ready for service. Two calls and one VM to the service manager went unanswered. But, they were able to get the trucks oil changes and available at 4pm. More
