Dropped vehicle at 7am on a Friday for recalls. Service never reached out to me with updates, no call back from 2 messages I left or even a ready call. Went after work to pick up my vehicle and no one was never reached out to me with updates, no call back from 2 messages I left or even a ready call. Went after work to pick up my vehicle and no one was left in the service department because it was after 5pm. Thankfully employees of a different department helped me so that could have my vehicle for the weekend, they get 5 stars. More
