The best birthday experience! I was blessed to be able to purchase a new car for my birthday. At Hawkcadillac.com I saw the "one!" Nestor made sure the car I was interested in was super clean before my test drive and he explained all the features too. At Hawk I felt like a valued client not just a customer looking for a new car. Both Jim and Dave helped with the financial paperwork part of the transaction, they were just as kind and friendly as Nestor. Hawk goes the extra mile too! Since I didn't trade in my old car, Nestor drove it back to my house (23 miles) and another employee followed to bring him back. Hawk is definitely a dealership that I will use again or recommend when I need another car or someone I know does. If you are looking for a new or used car go to Hawk. Did not receive vehicle inspection report. We took our vehicle in for extended warranty repairs. One repair was resolved but not for long. The other issue was not resolved. This is the second week in a row our vehicle is in for service. After the first repair of the ac it stopped working after a few days. We took it back and another leak was found.
