I took my Subaru to Hawk for routine maintenance because I bought it from them and prefer to have my vehicles dealer serviced. Being the first oil change on my Subaru they didn’t even charge for it, which i I bought it from them and prefer to have my vehicles dealer serviced. Being the first oil change on my Subaru they didn’t even charge for it, which is fantastic! I paid only $20 for a tire rotation. It took an hour and a half, which is typical for a dealership, and always slightly annoying. Everyone was very nice and very personable but I did have one issue, and to me not a small one. From the service writers, to the sales people walking around inside, to the ladies at the parts counter, to the techs going between service and parts, not a SINGLE mask or face covering of any kind, not ONE. The only masks I saw at Hawk were on customers. At least they had some respect for the health of others. More
