Staff was nice enough purchasing the vehicle. Slightly inept with different people offering different answers during the purchasing process. Had an issue with the car within the first week - mostly a cosm inept with different people offering different answers during the purchasing process. Had an issue with the car within the first week - mostly a cosmetic issue. Instead of answering my questions, I was given the runaround. Eventually, they offered to fix the problem. I was more than happy to take them up on the offer. Although, I found it ironic that I was never even asking for that originally. I was willing to fix it on my own - I just wanted more information on the history of the problem so I knew where to start with my fix. The service department was horribly inadequate. I was told I would receive a call to come pick up the car but I never did on day 1. Day 2 I called twice and was told I would receive a call back - I didn’t. My husband called three more times before someone was able to tell us when we could pick the car up (of course it wasn’t ready yet) we ended up only being able to pick the car up after hours (even though we were told we had until 7 to pick it up, I guess they closed early that day...) the sales department was able to get us the car since it was complete and the keys were inside. I have not received a follow up with my sales rep contact regarding the work done (even though he is the one that scheduled the appt...) I can only assume he doesn’t care if I’m satisfied. Overall, I bought the car I wanted at a price I wanted and had an issue resolved in a relatively timely manner with only slight hiccups. If this is what is most important to you, then shop here. Personally, I felt very insignificant to them. I will not be returning. More
