Poor customer service in the service department. I brought my brand new truck in twice. The first time they kept it over a week and never provided any update even after I was the one to call them ever brought my brand new truck in twice. The first time they kept it over a week and never provided any update even after I was the one to call them everyday. The second time I took it there for an issue, they originally claimed that I did not have that feature and there was nothing to fix. I was for sure that I had that feature. He walked away and can back to say that I did have that feature but they didn't think anything was wrong with. This second time, no one ever called me again. After a few days, I called them to find out that my car was ready. Why couldn't they call me to tell me it was ready and the whole time they didn't nothing. POOR SERVICE! More
