Slow & Unsafe Scheduled an appointment for a 10:30am oil change a week ago. A gentlemen that did NOT have an appointment came in just after me and was out 30 mins. Scheduled an appointment for a 10:30am oil change a week ago. A gentlemen that did NOT have an appointment came in just after me and was out 30 mins. before me. I was promised to be out by 11:30am. Didn't pull out of the lot until 12:17pm. Also, my passenger's side mirror was folded in by the people that did the service. It was NOT returned to where it should have been, and I was permitted to leave the lot like this. A major safety problem that was created by the staff and NOT corrected. The clown that I spoke to on the phone implied that it was my fault because I didn't check my mirrors before leaving. Why would I check my mirrors if I didn't touch them in the fist place?! Great leadership & way to accept responsibility for your terrible service. Also, he was rude and constantly interrupted me and I could barely get word in. Wish I knew his name because I would leave it here. Another gentlemen called back and was much more helpful and even offered a $25 gift card on my next service, but I doubt I'll come back. Great job messing up a simple oil change, guys! More

I took my vehicle in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Those seem to have been executed well. I just bought a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox from Hawk Chevrolet in Joliet. My Sales Consultant was Martin Aguilar. My overall experience was excellent. Martin is excellent in all categories as a Sales Consultant. He patiently listened to and answered all my questions. He was very helpful in explaining to me the various options available for the Equinox. He showed me the many Equinoxes on the lot and again, patiently, answered all my questions. Hawk was the third dealer I had gone to. Martin and Hawk gave me the best deal of the three. After speaking with Martin, I was ninety-nine percent certain that I would go with Hawk. Upon picking up the new car, again Martin very patiently and cheerfully explained to me the new technologies with which I was not familiar, and he invited me to return if I had further questions or needed further assistance with the new technologies. In summary, I cannot recommend Hawk and Martin highly enough. More
