I was not pleased at all with the time it took to get my oil changed one hour and thirty five minutes might be understandable if I didn’t have an appointment. I had an appointment for 0715. At that time I was told 0830 for my vehicle. I thought that was a long time but I was there so I’d wait. My car wasn’t ready until 0850. Unacceptable! What’s the point of making an appointment ???? I had an appointment at 2:15pm for an oil change. I dropped my car off at 2pm. I also asked for a quote on a new set of tires. I was promised my car to be ready at 3:30pm. I did not wait at the dealers dropped my car off at 2pm. I also asked for a quote on a new set of tires. I was promised my car to be ready at 3:30pm. I did not wait at the dealership (they were to notify me when my car was ready). At 4:15pm I still had not heard from them, so I called to check on the status of my car and I was told that the oil change was completed, but they were still waiting on the tire quote from parts. I told them I was on my way to get my car at that time. I arrived back at the dealership at 4:30pm. My car was ready to go, but they still did not have the quote from parts yet. It was decided that they would just email me the quote when they received it. We verified my email address, and I left. It is now 1:30pm the next day, and I still have not received the quote for new tires. All I can say is that the parts department must be extremely busy that they are unable to supply a quote for new tires to one of their customers within a 24 hour timeframe! Perhaps I will look somewhere else for new tires. There seems to be a lack of communication between departments. More
