Another visit where I found communication between service staff and customer waiting needs improvement. My appt was 11:45, vehicle promised at 12:45. Car was done at approx 1:10 p.m. I informed Allison I wa staff and customer waiting needs improvement. My appt was 11:45, vehicle promised at 12:45. Car was done at approx 1:10 p.m. I informed Allison I was expected home and had to leave no later than 1 p.m. so my care giver could leave by 1:30. No one came out prior to my promised time or anytime until my car was near completion. I understand things happen to delay, but don't use the word PROMISE if that time cannot be adhered to. At the very least inform the customer if it becomes clear the promised time cannot be met. I had to call and arrange for my care giver to extend 1/2 hour & pay her for her extra time. What if I had a job to return to? Totally unacceptable. More
