( which i didn’t have... yet) i buy something brand new and had it in your shop 3 times in less than 2 months! More

Prompt but IT could use a tweaking Everything went well except that they needed to access "another system" to verify that we have a maintenance program that covers scheduled maintenance Everything went well except that they needed to access "another system" to verify that we have a maintenance program that covers scheduled maintenance for 36000 miles...that necessitated a return trip to explain and show proof of that. Why wouldn't it come up on entry of our VIN? So now we have to "remind" them every time we bring car in for service. Rather behind the times, methinks. More
