There's a TSB addressing this issue that requires replacing the transmission fluid with a different kind. Tim was able to schedule me for the next day to get this done - otherwise it would have been a weeks wait. I'm very grateful that Tim was able to get me in for service so quickly. Also I can't say enough good about the courtesy drivers, Rob and Alex that took me home and brought me back to the dealership. They are great! More
