Check engine light was on prior to the visit, I had stopped by an auto parts store so they could read the code causing the check engine. They reviewed it, told me exactly what was causing it and the part I needed. Hawk, as always, wants to run $150 diagnostics even if the customers knows what the problem is. Props to CEO John Crane for this strategy. More

Great experience Went in for a oil change and couple of recalls on a 2015 Impala. Staff was very friendly and explained everything that was going to be done. We just happened to be at Hawk for an oil change when we found out about a 2 year old XT5. Not only is it the best upgrade we’ve ever made, the dealership was phenomenal in customer service!!! No pressure, very friendly, relaxed atmosphere every time we went! Almost unheard of at a dealer!!! Mindy was a fantastic saleswoman, & the Cadillac manager ( so sorry I cannot remember his name) was beyond flexible & accommodating!!! She even gave us a 30 minute long tutorial on the crazy great technology our vehicle has! We will always return & recommend to everyone!!!! More
Bought a ZR1 over the phone..... Excellent overall rating! Buying that 2019 Corvette was a bit more involved than a few words over the telephone...The transaction was accommodated by Hawk of Joliet which ultim Buying that 2019 Corvette was a bit more involved than a few words over the telephone...The transaction was accommodated by Hawk of Joliet which ultimately lead to my buying and now owning an incredible car. Honorable mention goes to Mindy McCorkle who was my sales person at Hawk. She provided me with unsurpassed diligence and after-sale support for my purchase of the Corvette. As you can imagine with this type of transaction between me (long distance out of state buyer) and Hawk (local automotive dealership in Illinois) that a great deal of behind the scenes coordination had to occur and within innumerable time constraints with time zone differences coupled with banking and insurance matters. A lot of time and effort went into it and Hawk Jolliet made it happen! Mindy even went so far to send me a video of the ZR1 being loaded into its transport carrier for the trip out of state. Thank you Mindy and thank you Hawk for a job very well done! More

New car, 2 service visits already. Car didn't start twic. Called around 6:30-6:45pm stranded and my new car would not start. Called and spoke with 2 girls who said it was almost 7pm, they were closing and co Called around 6:30-6:45pm stranded and my new car would not start. Called and spoke with 2 girls who said it was almost 7pm, they were closing and couldn't help me. Spoke with Jasmine who finally said she would send someone to jump and/or change out the battery on site. Had the battery jumped and was able to get home. Upon arriving home, and having to fly out at 3am for a business trip, she called and told me to bring the car in. I told her I couldn't do that and she said she couldn't help me. Car had trouble turning over, so I spoke to Mike and he arranged to have the car picked up, serviced and delivered by the time I arrived home. More
