Wait wait wait and over pay Had a 7:45 am appointment. Was there to drop off by 7:20 took 20 min to get waited on. No call back until past 1 after I had to call them. Charged me Had a 7:45 am appointment. Was there to drop off by 7:20 took 20 min to get waited on. No call back until past 1 after I had to call them. Charged me so much more that necessary . Over $150 to readjust a hose. Kind of think my neighbor mechanic would not charge me for because they understand the value of customer service and they want my business back. When I received my auto loan statement I was shocked. I then reviewed my paperwork an wow ,now I am paying 5000.00 more than I expected..for that reason I will not be coming back to Hawk auto. More
